After processing, your order will be shipped, and delivery times vary depending on your location. On average, our shipping time within Pakistan is 2-4 business days. Please keep in mind that delays can occasionally occur due to external factors like traffic, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Damage and Returns

We take every precaution to ensure that your furniture arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or has manufacturing defects, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue. Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you need to provide any valid reason for return and change of mind isn't applicable to it. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 388, ST #5, Ghani Pak, Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
