Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Typically, orders are processed within 5-7 business days. This time is necessary for quality checks, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.

Shipping Time

After processing, your order will be shipped, and delivery times vary depending on your location. On average, our shipping time within Pakistan is 2-4 business days. Please keep in mind that delays can occasionally occur due to external factors like traffic, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status through the courier’s website or our platform.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipping charges will be visible during checkout before you complete your purchase. For remote locations within Pakistan, additional shipping fees may apply.

While we strive to deliver nationwide, certain areas may have restrictions due to logistical challenges. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you with potential solutions or alternatives.

Shipping Damage and Returns

We take every precaution to ensure that your furniture arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or has manufacturing defects, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will coordinate a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the issue. Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you need to provide any valid reason for return and change of mind isn't applicable to it. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 388, ST #5, Ghani Pak, Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.
